Um. If you search on Google using the URL bar, it adds ", kupo!" to the results.

Right click the download link and save the CRX file to your computer.
Click the menu icon on the browser toolbar.
Select Tools > Extensions.
Locate the CRX file on your computer and drag the file onto the Extensions page.
Review the list of permissions in the dialog that appears. If you would like to proceed, click Install.
