In the best case scenario, where there’s no exotic catastrophe, we’re still in a brave new world of grid computing and physics modeling after that date.

They’re not commencing high-speed collisions for a few months, testing is what begins soon. Still, we should all throw a party the night before, just in case we’re all thrown into quantum warp.
