I'm turning 25 very soon, as well, but I don't feel that I accomplished a lot (at least compared to people like you).

Hypothetically speaking, if I were running a studio that needed a producer when your hypothetical need cropped up, I'd much sooner talk to you about filling the role than a great number of the older producers I've met over the years.

That being said... get your butt over to the leadership forum. ;) I've heard nothing but great things and I hope to attend myself next year.
