Rockstar is owned by Take 2, which also owns 2K, which bought out Irrational last summer and changed it to 2K Boston. Presently, EA is attempting a hostile takeover of Take Two. If they succeeded, this would mean that both 2K Boston and Rockstar New England would both become EA studios, in which case, would they just consolidate them into one huge, “EA Boston” studio, or leave them separate?
