I just discovered that there is a video of Mark Healy’s GDC presentation of Rag Doll Kung Fu which he gave at the Experimental Gameplay Workshop. This was by far my second favorite game at GDC (after Spore, of course): you MUST check it out, especially if you like cheesy kung fu movies. His demonstration shows more than I can explain in words, and is way better than any of the official trailers for the game. This game is simultaneously innovative and incredibly stylish. See for yourself.

Okay, okay, fine. I’ll comment. I love the idea. I wish he would release the freaking game.
Yeah, I’m a big fan of emergence. And this game has a lot of emergence in it.
Finally, its release has been announced, as Darius recently posted.
